The Akwa Ibom State Civil Service Commission has commenced the Computer-Based Test (CBT) examination for the ongoing recruitment exercise. The examination is being conducted at the Civil Service Auditorium in Uyo, with over 400 computers and reliable power supply to ensure a smooth testing process.
Important Update for Candidates
If you’ve already taken the CBT examination, you can expect to hear from the commission soon regarding the next stage of the process. Candidates who scored 40% or above in the CBT exam will be shortlisted for the interview phase.
For Candidates Awaiting Invitation, If you’re yet to receive an invitation for the main exams, please don’t worry. Invitations are being sent out in batches, and every eligible candidate will have the opportunity to write the examination. We’re advised to:-

Log in to your dashboard frequently to check for notifications
Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive timely notifications

Exam Details
– The main exam consists of 60 questions across four sections, lasting 40 minutes
– CBT results are available instantly on the Arise Employment Portal and are also sent to each candidate’s email
– Candidates can access the Arise CBT portal at cbt.akwaibomstate.gov.ng to check their results or prepare for the exam.
